This Old House

Well, it's not that old. It's only 17. But our trusty furnace is approaching the end of her days. In this frigid air, she just can't keep up. We're praying she hangs on a few more days, through this cold spell, until we can get a few estimates and make a decision... We're following my mom's advice today and 'layering up'!
